Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The Perfect Get Away
Amazing cabin. Had all the bells and whistles. Enjoyed all the amenities. I would recommend to a friend and will be staying again in the future. Staff is extremely courteous.
Awesome Cabin, Indoor Hot Tub A Plus
Cherokee Pool Lodge was exactly like the pictures. We had plenty of room for a family of four. Location was great. Cabin was clean. Pool was a great size and bigger than what we expected for the cabin. I loved the indoor hot tub, this was a great perk. The only thing was that the cabin had tape on the floor to avoid anyone from getting hurt. The tiles were loose and needed to be replaced. The lighting in the kitchen is very dim for cooking at night. Luckily we had a small battery operated light that we brought with us for grilling outside that helped when preparing meals in the kitchen.
Wonderful Time Away!
My family of six stayed at the Cherokee Pool Lodge from October 26 - 30. The cabin was easy to find and not to far into the mountains so as a result we did not have amazing views. This was not a must have for us but just in case it is for you. The outside of the cabin was nice and upon entering the cabin was clean. These are Covid-19 times so we wiped down everything ourselves--There was no dirt on any of our cloths---that was very nice. The bedding was clean, bathrooms, the floors, etc. Thank you Elk Springs for taking care of us. This was a staycation for us so we did not leave the cabin which was great b/c the cabin had several amenities that helped keep everyone busy. We liked the heated pool the best. It was really big and clean. We spent time in there every day. The first day the pool was on the cold side. We called the office and they sent someone to fix it for us. After that the pool was a nice temperature that kept us in it. The kids also liked the video arcade game and the movie theatre. We did a family movie every night. There are some different pictures online of the chairs in the theatre. They are not the large leather ones they are more like what you have in an actual movie theatre.
The kitchen was fully equipped. We did not do any carryout b/c we brought our own food but I never saw any menu info on restaurants near by. Not sure that was an option. The kitchen does not have a lot of counter space and the oven is a little old and the cook top had some heating issues with different eyes. The only big issue I had with the kitchen was the lighting. the lights were very dim, I could barely see what I was doing. In fact, we all commented on how dark the entire cabin was with the lights on at night.
There was also some loose/cracked tiles right outside the 1st floor bathroom that if not fixed could turn into a tripping issue for guests.

Christmas In The Smokies
Before covid our family has always gone on a cruise for Christmas, this year we chose the Cherokee Pool Lodge in Cosby Tennessee and we were not disappointed. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, theater room, arcade and plenty of room for a family to spread out. The lodge was beautiful and set in a beautiful, quiet location. We will definitely recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy themselves. My only regret was we didn't stay an entire week.
