Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Elk Springs Is Awesome
Awesome. Cabin came as described, we had one issue with the hot tub and they had a maintenance guy out within an hour to get it fixed. They are also proactive and look to see if there is anything they can do to help make the stay more enjoyable.

It was a great place to stay nice & clean! We couldn’t get the hot tub to work but definitely 10/10
Great Weekend Getaway
This was a great getaway for a large group with teenage boys. The bedrooms were spacious, theatre room, loft/game room and pool/hot tub were a huge hit. There is plenty of room outside for everyone to spread out and play games. The kitchen needs a few additional pots and pans to accommodate feeding as many people as the cabin can sleep. It’s convenient to a dollar general if you forget anything. It was a fabulous weekend. We would definitely recommend.
Very Relaxing
We had a great time everything was amazing stopping was close by we had two cabins both were clean only one complaint mattress was uncomfortable but everything else was good would I recommend elks springs yes most definitely!
Lasting Memories
Our entire family stayed at Uwoduhi Pool Lodge, imagine teenagers and an indoor pool, game room and movie room! Superb accommodations with each bedroom with an en suite. Large main room gathering/dining area. A true log cabin feel. We will be back.
Loved My Cabin
It was so beautiful and relaxing
