If you are looking for a discount 3 bedroom cabin this unfortunately will not be a good option for you. Wine Down is a custom 3 bedroom cabin that formerly was a private residence. While the amazing view would be enough to satisfy most guests, this cabin is also loaded with upscale amenities from the high end kitchen and granite counter tops, to the luxury furnishings and upgraded bedding.
Maximum occupancy in Wine Down is 8 guests and due to the high end furnishings and electronics we cannot make an exception to this policy. (3 suites and 1 sleeper sofa in loft)
Wine down is a 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin with king master suites. Each suite is on it's own level and the cabin features a game room with pool table and a 60" TV.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

10 Years Elk Springs 7 Yr Wine Down
This is our 7th year at Wine Down. Magnificent view with remote location. That being said you are only 10 min from Gatlinburg. The cabin itself is fantastic. Some of the amenities have seen better days. I understand that rental properties get abused by some guest, its a shame people have to be that way. The website photos need to be updated.

Wine Down - The Best!
We loved our stay with Elk Springs. our cabin was beautiful, clean and well kept. We had a wonderful stay maki g memories with our family. Elk Springs staff is quick to respond to any need that we had.
Excellent Location And Residence
I would highly recommend Wine Down. The entire place was clean and as advertised. There was a change in the furniture from the listing but all were better than the pictures. It's about 25 minutes to Gatlinburg and 20 minutes to white water rafting outfitters. It was very isolated and the road was challenging! Not sure this Texas guy could drive it in the Winter snow/ice season. LOL We would love to return in the fall because I'm guessing the views are more spectacular!!

We had a wonderful time! Cabin is amazing, views are beautiful and hot tub is awesome. We will be back!
