Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Cozy Creek Cabin Gatlinburg
We loved our cabin in the woods. Quiet and serene.
Indeed Cozy
The location is absolutely perfect as it is only a few miles to downtown Gatlinburg. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is hot. The kitchen has everything you need although we only cooked breakfast. Howards Restaurant in town is very good and dog friendly as was Five Guys! The cabin was very clean and would stay again!

Perfect For Smaller Families With Dogs
We've been coming to the Smokies for years but this is the first time that we rented a cabin. It probably won't be the last! Cozy Creek was the ideal cabin for our small family (parents and one adult son), especially since we could bring our two rescue dogs.
The cabin is very efficiently laid out and makes great use of space. It has everything you need, including ample firewood! We enjoyed the king size beds, the Jacuzzi, and the fireplace. We kept it simple and made many of our meals in the cabin, but also got out to enjoy the trails, horseback riding, and shops. The cabin is conveniently located close to everything.
The Elk Springs staff were super responsive and the cabin was squeaky clean. We have nothing but great things to say about this cabin rental!

Nice Cabin, Clean And As Described.
We arrived late Sunday evening; it’s a little hike to get luggage to cabin; cabin was cold at 48*; called to report heat not working; immediately sent maintenance out to fix issue w/ follow up text and call. Only recommendation is to add more lights in downstairs bath; very dark and dark shower liner also. We had a wonderful time; don’t miss Cade’s Cove or the Roaring Fork Motor Trail if you enjoy scenery. Love Gatlinburg! Recommend this cabin..close to road so if you want privacy, look for something else.
