Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

the Snuggled Inn cabin was everything I wanted the kitchen was perfect and the SHOWER was immaculate!
Best Birthday Ever!
This was the first time that I've been to Gatlinburg and I was not disappointed! The cabin was perfect and exceptionally clean! The location was just minutes away from everything that you could possibly need, and check-in/out was super easy!! The hot tub was amazing as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Great experience at Snuggled inn as usual. Thanks for putting new flooring down, especially on the stairs....
Just FYI, the ice maker will make ice, but you can’t get it to dispense out of the front of the refrigerator. Plus, the ice freezes up in the container. We had to defrost it twice over our four day stay. Might want to get that fixed.

Absolutely Loved
It was better than imagine and I’m very relaxing with very quiet and peaceful I would so rent the same one again pictures don’t do it justice
Relaxing Vacation
This was our 4th time renting a cabin with Elk Springs Resort. As with our other experiences, you get what you see on the website. This time, we chose Snuggled Inn. It’s a small cabin, but the windows and high ceiling are incredible. Easy check in/out, clean, modern and management responsive to resolve anything they may come up. (The only thing that I’d say needs improvement in this cabin is the couches are both worn out, especially the one near the kitchen).
