Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Relaxing
Beautiful place, we had a view was fantastic from our balcony.
Wonderful Time
This was our first rental in the Smoky Mountains. We couldn't be happier with our rental experience! It was a refuge to relax in after sitting for 2.5 hours in traffic returning from Cades Cove - word of advice the park is nuts on the weekend, weekdays were a much nicer experience.
The only issue was low water pressure. I assume that may have to do with the location. A very minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience.
Also, don't forget to bring your own blow dryer and toiletries.

Fortunate To Snag Snuggled Inn
Beautiful lodgings in very green forest, comfortable, all the appliances i needed. Located near all the tourist spots in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smokies, and many local artists as well as restaurants. Good price, great experience.
Great Cabin!
This cabin was perfect for our spring break vacation. Our two kids slept in the very large bunk beds and would have happily stayed in the cabin the entire trip. We enjoyed the hot tub and the foosball table. There was a spot for everyone to relax and hang out. The location is central. We used the kitchen to cook and had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

It was amazing view was amazing and everything was beautifully designed the 18” shower was complicated for us to figure out and water pressure wasn’t as hard as we wanted it to be but other than that definitely beautiful and worth it
Beautiful & Intimate
The first thing I noticed about this cabin was that it was immaculately clean. It’s huge windows and natural light makes it that much more beautiful. In my opinion, it’s not as large as the pictures make it seem but the details are not falsified. It was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. The only gripe was finding it was extremely hard because GPS was inaccurate. It also takes a while to get out of the community to Sevierville & local towns so make sure you have everything you need beforehand.
