Escape to the lofted game room includes a pool table and pub table with chairs as well as a TV with cable.
Relax in the great room with high vaulted ceilings, fireplace, cable TV, DVD player and a wall of glass to view the outdoors.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Family Getaway To The Smoky Mountains
Elk Springs Resorts were recommended by a friend and she was so right! The cabin was ready prior to check in time of 3 pm. It was clean and everything ready for us. The pool table and the hot tub were big hits with my grandchildren. I received a call the next day to make sure everything was ok. We had a toilet that you had to jiggle the handle to stop the water from running. I told them and they offered to immediately send someone out. They stayed in contact during the whole stay. We will definitely rent from Elk Springs again!
Weekend Getaway
My family did a weekend getaway to Gatlinburg. We stayed at Life’s A Bear cabin. The cabin was wonderful. Spacious, clean, great location. We had always wanted to rent a cabin there. Will definitely stay again.
