Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful, Relaxing Trip!!
We recently rented Moonshiners Legacy for a weekend of rest and relaxation. What a great time! The cabin was clean, well appointed, and spacious. My brother-in-law and I enjoyed the hot tub morning and night while my sister-in-law and husband preferred the warmth of the fireplace. We had views of the mountain directly below us but not of the mountains in front or on the horizon due to the tall trees. We would definitely rent again.
Moonshiner’S Legacy Was An Absolute Gem!
We enjoyed four nights in Moonshiner’s Legacy and it was wonderful! The cabin was spotless and so homey! The location was superb...far enough to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to be in downtown Gatlinburg in about 25 minutes. The hot tub was an added bonus. We’ll definitely be back!!

Great Trip
The cabin we stayed in was great. We loved having the pool table in the cabin and used it every day. Directions were easy to follow and all instructions for operating everything in the cabin were easy as well. The only issues we had were that you could feel every spring in the bed on the main floor, the upstairs where the pool table is was kind of dark, and the refrigerator/freezer had on odd odor coming from them when open. We enjoyed our stay very much and would consider this rental again for future visits.
