Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

A True Slice Of Heaven
This is my second year in a row renting with Elk Springs Lodge in A Slice of Heaven. Each time, the cabin has been clean, nice, comfy, and cool at arrival. The view is absolutely breathtaking and always gives that piece of serenity that’s needed to escape whatever!!!! Last year, we did all of the touring and visited a lot of the local sites and attractions, and it was a fun filled time, but this year was all about downtime. The grounds are clean, and the staff is always extremely professional. The cabin itself is nice n cozy for my family with more than enough space to create the home away from home feeling. And the hot tub on the patio around back is an extremely nice perk as well!!! And yes, there are plans for another visit next year...all due to the professional of the rental agency, the supreme location and view of the mountains over the loft daily, and just a heavenly experience!!!

This cabin was well furnished and laid out. We did have an issue with the refrigerator but this was handled expediently.
Beds were comfortable.
The kids loved the loft.
I’m giving 4 stars on cleanliness, only because there were a few housekeeping things left undone. It was a very busy weekend and a quick turnover.

the cabin is very beutiful, small for 4 people. the view in the photos are incorrect there is not really a lot of view unless they remove some trees needs upgrading a bit but its still an amazing place i highly recomend and elk springs has great comunication i will definatly go again.
Loved Our Stay!
The house was beautiful, my sisters, mom and I had a great time. The house was very clean. The rental management was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and hope to someday come back.
