Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Would Recommend And Would Stay Here Again.
We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful, had beautiful views and was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My only complaint was that the quilt and pillow shams were not washed prior to our arrival. Not a big deal, we took them off and used others. And my only suggestions is maybe add some more porch furniture. All 6 of us couldn't sit on the porches together. But overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.
Awesome View
The rental was very nice. When I had question about the hot tub, they were quick to respond. Check in was not until 3pm I was able to check in early. I like the fact that they call to check on your to make sure you do not need anything. Overall great place to vacation.
Endless Views Did Not Disappoint
We stayed at Elk Springs with our 5 children during our very first trip to Pigeon Forge last month. We were immediately happy with the view, it was gorgeous! But also the spaciousness of the cabin was great. The kids loved having their own large bathroom and game area. I loved having a full kitchen and a bedroom and bathroom to ourselves. Often when we travel we have to get two hotel rooms, so this was a real plus, having lots of room and all staying together. Staff was very courteous, I left an item behind in the kitchen cabinet and they were able to send it back to me. Very friendly people. We will definitely be back again.
Beautiful, Comfortable And Perfect!
This is our 3rd time staying with Elk Springs and it was absolutely wonderful as always. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and clean. We loved sitting on the porches and just looking at the views. The check in and out process is a breeze (via text). I can't say enough good things. Even the pool was awesome for a nice relaxing day.

We had a great time! Cabin was roomy, clean, and well prepared. We had a great View too! We liked the location - close to attractions but not too close - but also not so far out you were in the wilderness.
Great Mini Getaway Weekend
It was good relaxing weekend and very nice town a lot of options to do in that area. I will definitely be coming back in future.
