This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath cabin has room for up to 12 guests to spread out, kick back and find their own space to relax. Four King master suites, each with their own bathroom offer luxury accomodation. The kids will love the bunk bed area with LED TV and games adjacent an amazing home theater! Wake up and start your day with long distant views of Bluff Mountain, or end the day soaking in the steamy hot tub. Three levels of full length porches guarantee a quiet place to get away. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
