"We enjoyed the location, size and cleanliness of the property. Would definitely stay here again. Some things I would like to see. Automatic light switches in the bath rooms. Change a couple of plugs to have usb chargers for phones. It would be nice to have a latch lock on the front door. It would be nice if they had a closet in the bedroom to hang clothes. It would be nice to have a wall hair dryer in the bathroom. I have my own lake house rental in another state and have all these amenities added and always have 5 star reviews. I would also have a better privacy screen for the hot tub that one didn’t work well. These are minor changes that would put this rental over the top. We still really enjoyed otter springs and would rent it again if in the area. Elk was great to deal with also."

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Staff and cab8n great, the pool guys was very courteous and prompt. Overall a great stay.
Awesome Week With Family!
This cabin was so nice and clean when we arrived. Our whole family loved the jacuzzi and pool. All of the amenities were great and it was a wonderful week.

My Birthday Vacation was amazing! We really enjoyed ourselves at Otter Springs Pool Cabin. The cabin was clean and gave a feeling of being at home. The pool & hot tub was very relaxing. We will be booking our next cabin with Elk Springs ��
Great Cabin
This was definitely one of our best vacations yet. The cabin was clean, looked to be well maintained which is a plus. The only thing that I could maybe give a very small negative to was the pool. Although is was one of the nicest pools I’ve ever been in, the splash alarm was annoying. Even with it set to swim, the alarm kept going off and we were literally just floating around watching movies. Other than that, the overall experience was great. Great customer service and a great cabin definitely made this easily the best vacation to date. Will be coming back in the warmer months of next year. Thanks for a great experience!
