4 out of 5

Very nice cabin with a couple of caveats.

The third floor was crazy hot, which is too bad because the third floor master bedroom is spacious and beautiful. This may be a repairable problem so I would inquire about that before renting. These units are very close together but pretty sound proof and never heard any noise out of any other units. High Speed internet is truly high speed. Worked perfectly and averaged 100mbps during our trip. The pool table has been abused, I can't imagine this is an easy item to maintain when renting to so many people. Definitely needs to be refelted at some point. The view from the balcony is quite pretty. Hair dryer in the upper bathroom did not work. (Needs to be replaced, just a note for the owners.) I think most people bring their own anyway. To give you an idea of the layout, the main floor has a living room size television with Netflix and other apps built in. Couch in that room is a pulled out. The linens were in another closet so you may have to look around for those. There is a single bathroom on that floor adjacent to the nicely appointed kitchen. Two bedrooms one small single, one larger double. The small single bedroom is a window pane away from the hot tub on the adjacent deck so if people are going to be late partying in the hot tub, the person in that bedroom may have trouble sleeping. :-) Upstairs is the spacious master suite with its own bathroom and heart shaped jacuzzi tub. Downstairs is a game room with pool table, classic video game collection, and foosball. There are two bedrooms, bathroom, and washer dryer ask for. There is an adjacent lower deck. Overall we had a great time. Mostly positive, very few negative. There is a small pool but it serves the whole development and was pretty crowded while we were there. Might be fun for the kids.
