Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Destresser/Rejuvenator

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and everything that my husband was looking for. The decor was spot on, the views are Awesome. Parking was convenient unlike other cabins. However the BBQ Grill could be updated allowing for more space and a lid. We definetly would recommend staying at Mystic Mountain, we loved it.

Jacuzzi Tub drain stop didn’t work so we couldn’t use it and the tv channels didn’t work

My overall experience was awesome the cabin was beautiful and clean the only complaint was the jacuzzi tub drain stop didn’t work so we couldn’t use it and the tv every single channel we tired said unauthorized

Great place to stay

Our cabin was really nice... at the top of the mountain, great views. Great back balcony to drink early morning coffee on and look out over the landscape. Clean lodge/cabin in nice area, just a mile or two off the beaten path. Will be coming back.
