Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Four Generations Get-A-Way
Our family had a wonderful four day weekend trip to the smokies. The cabin was clean and nice. It was presented as shown in the photos with the exception of the hot tub. The hot tub was simple and seats 3-4 at a time. We enjoyed several meals around the awesome table in the kitchen. The kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Elk Springs promptly replied to my calls and text messages. I would highly recommend this cabin and Elk Springs.
Had A Good Get Away
Spent 3 days with family and friends at this cabin there was plenty of room for everyone and kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Cabin was clean and well kept, had an issue with pool foam and remote for theater room and staff was responsive and rectified the issues... Would stay there again

The weekend was awesome. My grandchildren had an amazing time. They kept asking if I could buy the cabin!! Lol

The cabin was in a beautiful location. The road is steep and the parking is a little challenging but it is secluded and cabins are not on top of each other. We found the cabin to be clean . We had 4 generations in the cabin and we all enjoyed it very much. Couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool and we all enjoyed the theater room. We have stayed with Elksprings many times and have always been pleased with our experience and it was no different this time. We will be using them again!
Great Cabin!
This house is perfect for a large group! We used every portion of this house! Privacy when you want but gathering area accomadates a large group! Rainy day? No problem. Movie games or swim or porch sit! Totally recommend as near town but secluded.
