Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Very Nice
The dishwasher did not work. The washing machine did not work. But the cabin was beautiful
Great Location, And Spacious Layout
Very nice cabin. Great location with ease of access to weirs valley or the parkway in Pigeon Forge.
Overall the cabin amenities were as described.
Bit disappointed in the quality of mattresses for the beds. 5 couples occupied each room with all the same reporting poor quality mattresses. With as nice as cabin , beds could have been better
Kitchen appliances were clean with all you need for basic preparation for family meals.
Weather was cold and rainy and was nice to have the supplemental heat in the fireplace.
Plenty of room for all the guest to sprawl out and relax.
Had suspected the cabin would have been decorated for Christmas but found all the decor stored in closet off the main kitchen. Would have set it up but wasn’t sure if it was intended for owners only.
Plenty parking for 3 full size vehicles with sufficient lighting the exterior around cabin for feeling secure outside at night.

We had a great time. There were a few issues but they were handled to our satisfaction.
Gold Stars - Theater Cabin
First time cabin renters - for us this cabin had everything we wanted and needed. All 8 family members stayed comfortably in this cabin. Enjoyed the location and the cabin's amenities. Fairly close to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Ridgetop Theater 5 Star Experience!
Everything was great... from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The only thing we thought they needed to work on (especially for the money we paid) was the lack of supplies like trash bags and sponges to wash dishes with.. We wound up having to run into town the next day to get trash bags and cleaning stuff.. Oh and the theater experience didn't work as it was set up for a projector but instead there was a TV in it's place which wasn't wired for the immersive theater experience.. but none the less a very awesome experience!
Spacious House, Great For Multiple Families
This house is great for multiple families or larger groups. 4 bedrooms on all 3 levels give you privacy. Theater room was a big hit. This is an older cabin, but very well kept. Mattresses need to be replaced, especially in the king room in the main floor. Upstairs TVs didn’t work, but main floor and basement were fine. The front porch and back decks were always swarming with bumblebees. Good water heater and pressure in bathrooms.
