Emery’s 5 & 10

Stop by the nation’s oldest 5 & 10 for a true slice of Americana. Once located in Knoxville, the store attracted its fair share of attention when it opened up shop in Pigeon Forge. Third-generation retailer Ron Emery pays homage to his family’s long tradition while still keeping it fresh in what he refers to as a “21st century variety store.”

Pepper Palace

Spanning 6,000 square feet, this space shares many of the elements that set Ole Smoky’s Gatlinburg hub apart. In addition to moonshine jarred onsite, you’ll find a dedicated outdoor stage, where local bluegrass bands stop regularly to entertain guests.

Bootleggers Winery

Simple and delicious, the small-batch Appalachian wines of Bootleggers Winery are made with love and bottled by hand. Stop in to explore the vast selection on display — and take home a few bottles for the ultimate in Smoky Mountain sampling.
