Description

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jetted tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Family Getaway

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Everything about our weekend getaway was perfect. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Even a few extras we weren't expecting and used (umbrella, small fan for the bedroom, and games). My favorite things; master bathroom, balcony with water view, and fireplace. And the entire facility was very clean (also very important to me). Great location too, we walked everywhere we went. Can't wait to visit again.

Always A Nice Time At Park Place - Room 308 Is Especially Great!

Have stayed with Park Place for many years. This year we stayed in Room 308 for the first time. 2 BR; 2 bathrooms - 1 King, and 1 Queen beds. It was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Already requested it for next year!

Time Away

Donna is the best condo manager ever. 308 is a very nice comfortable condo, location is excellent. Highly recommend staying here even if you cant get 308. Some condos need new beds and updating, but staying here is still well worth it.

Perfect Location For Serenity!!

We have always LOVED staying at any Park Place Condo because of the location to downtown. But, we also love the absolute serenity of the rippling creek that runs along side the complex. Room 308 was absolutely beautiful and we have stayed in many over the years!! Renovated very nicely and well furnished. Beds were a little stiff for us but others would welcome. We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and it’s never disappointed!! Staff are amazing!!! The most helpful and friendly people you’ll every meet!! Love Park Place River Condos!!! Highly recommend!! Only place we will stay!!
