Cap's Fishin' Camp is a spacious three-bedroom cabin that features one bedroom with two full-size beds, one with two queen-size beds, and one with a king-size bed. The Camp has a fully stocked kitchen and features a cozy living room with a flat screen television and a wood burning fireplace. Cap's Fishin' Camp can be rented with the other Brookside Resort cabins to accommodate family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, or other large gatherings. All guests of Brookside Cabin Rentals do have access to a complimentary laundry facility. Indoor fireplace in operation October-March. 3 miles from Rocky top sports center. Pet Fee is $60 per pet.

There is a $60.00 Administrative Processing Fee for all reservations that allows anyone to cancel up to three (3) days prior to your original arrival date without penalty.

If you cancel less than three (3) days from your original arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

2 Dog Maximum, $60 per dog, we provide a crate for them to be crated when left alone.
