Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs is a loft area with 6 double beds and 1 bath; perfect for the kids! Crockett's Coonskin also has a full kitchen, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace. This Cabin can be rented along with the other Brookside Resort cabins to accommodate large gatherings. Indoor fireplace in operation October-March.

There is a $60.00 Cancellation Fee for all reservations. If you cancel between 14-30 days from your original arrival date, we keep 50% of your cancellation fee. If you cancel within less than 14 days, then we keep 100% of cancellation fee.
