Keep warm by the gas fire pit in the evenings and soak in the sunset as the sky turns to stars while kids of all ages are busy in the arcade and swim spa. Truly a vacation for everyone! Plenty of parking and a short drive to many different hikes in the park! Deck areas Sit on the deck by the gas fire pit and take in the Smoky Mountain air. Take a splash in the covered swim spa, rain or shine! Kick back in the hot tub and relax from a day of hiking, shopping, rafting, or whatever! At night you can enjoy the stars and a peaceful silence while the lights of Gatlinburg twinkle in the distance. Beautiful Views, Beautiful Cabin

This cabin and location are beautiful. We had issues with the hot tub and a few of the arcade games on Day 1 which was disappointing. These were some of the main reasons we chose this cabin. I wouldn't mention it if the issues had been addressed on the same day. For these prices, I would expect they would be checked before arrival.

Thank you for your feedback. The 3 star review is disappointing given the arcade issues were caused by not following the specific step by step instructions provided in the app. The hot tub is maintained by a professional cleaning company. After speaking with you and the steps you took upon yourself to adjust the swim spa, prior to reaching out to us, prevented the hot tub temp from exceeding 95 degrees. We are happy we were able to get someone out the next morning to correct it and it was usable that night. We understand the rating was the result of not compensating you for the issues you had per our discussion.

Amazing Getaway, Unreal Views In Beautiful House

The whole stay was amazing. The views were second to none and the kids had a blast downstairs watching movies and playing in the arcade (and they weren't the only ones in the arcade room). We had a questions throughout the stay and Matt (and team) from Bear Tracts were extremely responsive. They really made us feel very comfortable and at home. Big thank you to Matt and the team. The house was clean and just amazing. Would highly recommend.

Phenomenal Cabin

Our group loved this cabin all the way around. Close enough for a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The house was immaculately clean and the owners were responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Most Beautiful Home Ever!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 14 to 18. There was so much for everyone to do. Kids enjoyed the game room and pool table. Everyone took advantage of the swim spa after a long day out and about. The views were spectacular and spent a great deal of time sitting on the deck and even saw various wildlife. Great hosts!

Loved Every Minute Of Our Time Here

We had the best time! Loved the view, the fire pit, the game room and the hot tub! We even saw a bear!! It was a great trip and my entire family said this was BY FAR the best cabin we have ever rented. We will definitely be renting this one again and again!

Absolutely Wonderful Place

Just an unbelievably beautiful house and atmosphere. The tenant company was great and the house was as advertised. We also got to see Bears. It was an amazing Vacation. The kids absolutely loved the video game room.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

This was the easiest vacation I have ever booked. Everything went smoothly and was worry free. The chalet was beautiful inside and the view was simply stunning. Every morning I sat on the deck in total peace and quiet watching the “smoke” rise off the mountains. We were visited several times during our stay by a black bear and her three cubs. Watching the cubs play in the yard was amazing. The chalet was also close to the arts and crafts community which made for a great day exploring. Access to all the attractions was a small but easy drive and we appreciated being so close to restaurants and a large grocery store. We would definitely book this rental again.
