"My wife and I spent 7 nights at this cabin.We’ve been coming to the smokies for 30 years . This cabin was one of the best. The cabin was clean , the hot tub was clean. Great view , driveway was a little steep, newly poured concrete drive in great shape , hats off to the guys who poured and finished this driveway.We had a mother bear and three cubs visit us some. Great cabin. Elk Springs took care of business. Thanks Guys"

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Peaceful And Relaxing
Peak a view was the perfect cabin for a peaceful getaway. Home was very clean well stock with the essentials to get started. Ell springs was very easy to deal with from start to finish. I will continue to use them for my Smokey mountain getaways.
Amazing Cabin!
We had such a great time at this cabin. Great views, great location. Got to,relax in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit. Highly recommend this cabin and Elk Springs!
Great Cabin!
This cabin is wonderful. The best part is everything is on the main level except for the pool table. The bed is very comfortable and the outdoor fire pit was nice. Would definitely recommend.
Outstanding - - 1st Class
I've stayed in cabins in the Gatlinburg area probably 25 times over the years. Never have I enjoyed a view such as this. Outstanding, and jaw dropping. The place is beautiful. 100% recommend.
