Featuring a hot tub, gas fire table, tankless water heater, central heating and air and a luxurious king suite with its own gas fireplace, custom shower, walk in closets, and its own deck to sit outside and take in the beautiful mountain views surrounding you! This modern kitchen on the main level has a 6 burner gas range, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, prep sink, Keurig and drip style coffeemakers. The main level living room has a sleeper sofa. The upper level has both king suites. Each king suite has a TV, walk in closet and heated toilet seats in each bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located on the upper level. The primary king suite has its own gas fireplace, walk in closet, attached bathroom with custom tile steam shower with body jets and a heated toilet seat. Step out on the private upper deck with swings and a reading area in front of the windows. The second king suite has a walk in closet, and attached bathroom with custom tile glass shower, granite counters, and heated toilet seat. The hot tub is on the lower covered deck with a privacy screen that can be pulled down. Have a cookout on the gas grill. Or sit by the gas fire table and look out at the mountain views.
