This cozy mountain home has an unbeatable location, just a short walk from downtown Banner Elk or a short drive to the towns of Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain. On the main level, guests can enjoy a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and stunning custom cabinets. Around the corner, you and your family will love to spend evenings gathering in the living room, with a gas log fireplace and large Smart TV. From the main level, you can step outside to access the main wrap-around covered porch, with a hot tub and gas grill. It is the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains or exploring Banner Elk. Going up to the second floor, you will find the primary suite with a king bed, a private TV, a welcoming gas fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom that offers a luxurious soaking tub and a beautiful tiled shower. From the primary suite, you can step onto the upper wrap-around deck and enjoy the mountain air. Down the hall, you will find the second king bedroom, which also offers a private TV and access to the upper deck. The third bedroom is nearby with the final king bed and private TV. The shared bathroom is located conveniently in the hallway near these rooms. Beech Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Ski Resorts are each under 15 minutes from the home. Banner Elk offers multiple dining establishments such as Bodega's, Sorrento's, Stonewall, Bayou Smokehouse & Grill, and more. - Mature and well-trained dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. - Check-In after 4pm.
