The guest house, located across the driveway from the main home, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well. There are two King bedrooms on the main level with a tiled shower and double marble vanity. The upper level has a cozy kitchen, dining table for four, and a sofa with TV. The driveway will be plowed after snowfalls, but guests visiting during winter months (November-April) should bring 4WD or AWD vehicles; and chains may be necessary during heavy snow. - This home offers a Tesla EV charger in the garage. - The heated pool is available and useable between Memorial Day and Labor Day only. It will be drained and covered outside of this season. - Guests need to bring their own sports equipment for the tennis and basketball courts.
