Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Birthday Weekend Perfection
This cabin was comfortable and located in a great spot! We were not bored at all during our stay- we made use of all the amenities and ate some good food that we made in the well stocked kitchen. Right up the road there were two local restaurants - Trish’s Diner and Joe Pops- both were friendly, delicious, had zero wait time, and were priced more than fairly. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! We did call maintenance for a plumbing problem. They came right out and fixed it and were very accommodating in doing so. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and made us feel special.
Get Away For Two
This was our second time staying in Mountain Elegance. When we come to one mountains without the kids, this one will always be kid first choice in cabins. The view is amazing, the deck is nice and covered with a gas fire pit, the bed is comfortable, shower can’t be beat, I could go on. Not one thing about this cabin we don’t like. Can’t wait to come back and stay here.
Gatlinburg Getaway
We enjoyed our babymoon getaway at Mountain Elegance. Tucked away from the hustle & bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, this was a pretty cabin with a gorgeous view- just what we were looking for. It was a 20ish minute drive to downtown, but it was worth a little bit of a drive in order to feel secluded. Our key code did not work upon arrival, I was able to call the answering service who picked up the second time I called. They were able to provide us with a new code & maintenance was there within a few minutes to fix our lock!
Mountain Elegance
Property was fantastic. Exquisite view. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The only drawback was nowhere did it list the bedroom as being downstairs, so for older folks like us it was a bit rough. The pool table is not a standard size and we both are pool fanatics. Even with those 2 negatives, we both highly recommend the cabin.
Best Elopement Getaway
The cabin was very easy to find. Everything was also nice and clean. Kitchen had a lot of supplies that you would need. Loved having two walk out deck areas. Only complaint is the hot tub dials/knobs didn’t work to be able to control the amount of pressure coming out of the vents. Also, wished the couch was a little bigger. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.
