Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Excellent Retreat
My husband and I thought this cabin was perfect! It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. I was a little concerned it would be too out of the way, but location was great and quiet. View was amazing. The amenities were great, everything was beautiful. We will definitely stay at this cabin again.
Amazing
This was our 5th year staying with Elk Springs resort, and we are still in love. This cabin was beautiful and so relaxing. We took advantage of all of the amenities available to us. We spent each night outside using the grill and fire pit, but the hot tub was our favorite. We sat for hours just taking in the views. We will be back again and again!!!

The cabin was great! Clean, great location secluded from the busy town of Gatlinburg but not so far away that we couldn’t get there within minutes. Loved it and recommend this cabin to others!♥️

Best View Of The Leaves In 10 Years And I Live In Wv
Second trip this year and again Tennessee did not disappoint! Great views! High point was Clingmans Dome, Dollywood Fall Fest and Bears roaming in front of the Cabin. I also loved the Island with dancing waters and Fins was Great! All time favorite food was at Junction 35 in Pigeon Forge and Cinnaholic ❤️
