Bear's View Log Cabin is located in Wear Valley offering wonderful Views of the mountains. Located in the Perserve Resort offering Outdoor Pool access. The Luxury Cabin offers 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms. The first downstairs bedroom offers a Queen Size Bed and the Downstairs Bedroom offers a Kingsize bed. The Living room offers a flat screen television, Gas Fireplace and a wonderful view of the mountains. The Kitchen is fully equipped offering granite countertops and stainless steal appliances. The dining area offers a 8 person dining table. There is a hot tub to enjoy from the outside deck with seating to enjoy the Mountain views. The loft area offers Pool table, Arcade game system and foosball. There is a set of bunk beds to enjoy. Bears View also has access to The Preserve Resort amenities which include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool and the year round fitness center that is open from 8am to 8pm. Host Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you should need to cancel, please call our office with a 60 day notice and you will only forfeit half of your balance required to reserve.

Under the 60 day notice you will forfeit the amount paid.

You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made and confirmed.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Dogs are only allowed at pet-friendly homes. Dogs are the only pets allowed and must be registered with the office and weigh less than 35 lbs.

If a pet is found in a cabin that is not pet-friendly, you will be asked to leave the premises forfeiting all remaining rent and security deposit
