This cabin is perfect for families who want to enjoy the comforts of home, while experiencing the splendor of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin boasts updated appliances, a firepit and fast wifi. Located in an ideal position, the cabin is only 15 mins from Pigeon Forge, and only 5 mins from the National Park. The perfect place for a family getaway. Local Fun: Located on Douglas Lake near Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, Tennessee, Above the Cove keeps you within reach of the many fun and entertaining attractions downtown. Visit unique animals, ride mountain coasters, putt-putt to your heart's content, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, peruse museums, and oh-so-much more! Plus, you can sample Southern wines, cider, and moonshine, enjoy local cuisine, and shop until you drop at tons of eateries and restaurants. For more outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park only a hop, skip, and a jump away. Hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish together! Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day. Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
