Once you step inside this two-story cabin, you'll notice great open living spaces with cozy cabin touches. The living room has comfortable furniture surrounding a flat-screen TV. Catch up on your favorite TV shows or warm up by the crackling fire as you chat with your loved ones. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils, making it easy to whip up a quick snack or prepare a gourmet dinner. Brew a pot of coffee and head out onto the balcony to watch the misty sunrises that make the Great Smoky Mountains famous. At the end of the day, soak your tired muscles in the hot tub. Back inside, you and your loved ones can head to the game room. Rack up at the pool table and try not to sink the eight ball too soon!
After an exhilarating day exploring the mountains, you and your loved ones can unwind and recharge in any of the four charming and comfortable bedrooms at your disposal. The primary bedroom provides a lavish experience with its king-size bed, accompanied by a flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom boasting a shower/tub combination. Designed to accommodate larger groups, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed along with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed. In the remaining two bedrooms, you'll discover equally inviting king-size beds, each accompanied by a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
When you're ready to explore the Grandview Resort, you'll find a large resort pool along with a kid pool with fun water features. Both pools are open seasonally.
Beyond the resort, you'll find you're only a short drive from Pigeon Forge, with its unique dinner shows, entertainment and shopping. Dollywood is a great place to spend a day riding thrill rides, family amusement rides and enjoying fun events. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
