Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Happy Valley Swim Lodge June 2023 Review
The overall stay was very nice. The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. The property was well-maintained and clean. There was on room that had make-up on the pillow from the previous guest. It would have been nice to have extra bedding. Customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend this property. The family is wanting to make it an annual event. This was an adult only trip. We did not take advantage of any activities, attractions or restaurants. We enjoyed the cabin and all its amenities. Plan to come back next year with the kids to enjoy the attractions.

Happy Swim Lodge - Happy Visitors!
We truly had an amazing stay in this cabin! We arrived Friday and did not leave until checkout on Monday! Small hiccup with some of the technology BUT someone came out promptly and we were up and running in no time. Cabin was super clean, spacious, amenities were fantastic. Ample space and supplies in the kitchen. We could be together or spread throughout the house with no issue. The deck furniture was great — only too cool for us the weekend we were there. Our crew voted we would stay here again.

Family Christmas Trip
We had the best time. The cabin was very nice and clean and in a great location. We watched it snow from the balconies. We cooked at the cabin and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was nice to have a king bed in every bedroom and even the bunks were queen. The pool was nice but it was cold. We really enjoyed family movies in the theater room. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!
Nice place! We enjoyed the pool & spacious lodge! Everything was clean except 1 bedroom, sheets weren’t washed so we did laundry as soon as we got there. The power went out one day for about 4 hours (the candles came in handy:) & next day hot tub wasn’t working properly. Management was always very responsive & supportive. They sent a tech the next day to fix the arcade for the kids. The lodge was close to Anakeesta, Ripley’s aquarium & Dollywood! Drive carefully, roads are narrow leading to the cabin.

Had we known prior to this review we would have sent someone out with clean sheets for you. We had several in the area without power, unfortunately when this happens we are at the mercy of the power company. Weekend Rental
The property was great and very clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much. My only complaint is the communication between the email versus text. Whether the email and text are from the same company or different, somehow there needs to be better communication between the two. Especially when I get a different price from the email vs text to extend a day. Aggravating trying to prove what price I was informed when the text tells me that is not correct. Otherwise, it was great.
