Description

Introducing "Swimmin' on the Bluff," a beautiful cabin that offers views of the Smoky Mountains and boasts an indoor pool among other amenities that cater to everyone in your group. Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Pigeon Forge, this cabin is sure to impress. Upon arrival, you will be able to take in the scenic mountain views. Inside, you will love the open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar stool seating, and a dining table. The living room has large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The main level also includes two master suites, each with a King bed, TV, and a full bathroom with a stand-up tile shower. Heading downstairs, you will find an array of exciting features. The lower level offers a third bedroom with two sets of custom-made queen bunk beds, which can be easily accessed by both kids and adults through the custom-made steps that divide the units. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, the lower level features a game room with a pool table and a multi-cade machine. There is also a private theater room with theater-style seating and a big screen HDTV. Lastly, the lower level is home to a 10x15 indoor swimming pool, which is sure to be a hit with all ages. Swimmin' on the Bluff also offers a stack washer and dryer, two private decks - one of which has a hot tub, outdoor seating, and a charcoal grill - in addition to the amazing amenities mentioned above.

Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.
