The living room features a stacked-stone gas fireplace (Oct-Mar), comfortable seating and doubles as a dining room with plenty of seating. You will notice the spiral staircase that takes you to a loft with a full-sized bunk bed. The master bedroom can be found on this level with a King-sized bed and it's own private full bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi tub! The living room is loaded with windows that remind you exactly why you want to come to Ryland's Ridge, the VIEWS of the mountains are INCREDIBLE! The covered porch has plenty of seating to enjoy the views and a gas grill for steaks, burgers or whatever you like! Add in a sleeper sofa on this level and you can sleep up to 6 here. LOWER LEVEL: Take the set of stairs down one level and find an exciting Theater Room/ game room! A 75 Inch HD television with comfortable seating allows you to watch the game, take in a movie or play the XBOX of PLAYSTATION in comfort. There are 2 smaller 1980's style arcade games here as well. The lower covered deck is where you'll find the hot tub for relaxing while taking in those great views! a Half bath can be found in the entertainment room. There are 2 bedrooms on this level. The first bedroom features a King-sized bed and a Twin/queen bunk bed. The second bedroom on this level has a King sized bed. A Jack-N-Jill bathroom connects the 2 bedrooms. Policies

Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
