3 LEVELS, 3 PRIVATE COVERED DECKS, AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW -- MOUNTAIN SUNRISE, with its close location to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only 12 miles from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, is perfect for your romantic getaway, couples retreat, or family outing. This fantastic 3 bedroom/3 bath will sleep up to 14 guests and has access to great resort amenities! Cabin Layout: Each floor features a wall of windows with wonderful Smoky Mountain views. MAIN LEVEL: The Entry level has a generously equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a dining area that seats 6. A few feet away, the private outdoor balcony has a custom-made table that seats 6 more for �al fresco� dining. This provides you with a total seating capacity of 12 for all your home-cooked meals. The living room can be found on this level with its leather furniture, Smart TV with DirectTV streaming service and electric fireplace. There is a Queen size bedroom on this level with a full bathroom and its own large Smart TV. Your covered porch on this level is where you will find a private outdoor hot tub! Soak all the stress away and enjoy the views! UPPER LEVEL: The large wooden stairs will take you to the UPPER level of the cabin. As soon as you top the stairs you will see a HUGE open floor space that is the upstairs bedroom! Sleeping on this level will include a King-sized bed and a set of Queen-sized, real log bunk beds. Wake up each morning to incredible mountain views, just outside your window. The covered back deck on this main level houses the big bubbling hot tub where you can enjoy the outside scenery with complete privacy. The Master bathroom is on this level and has a vanity, walk-in shower and jetted tub! There is also a ladder to a crow's nest for the kids! Whether it's to read, play games or even take a nap, the kids will love the crow's nest! LOWER LEVEL: There's all kinds of fun downstairs as the bedroom doubles as an ENTERTAINMENT AREA. You can play a game of pool or for you soccer fans, a foosball table will keep you playing for hours. But... for those that were around in the 1980's you will find your seat in front of the Multi-cade arcade game! This is just like an arcade with your 1980's favorites like Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger, Burgertime, Digdug and more... the best part is, you don't have to spend a quarter to play! Sleeping on this level includes a Full-sized over King Bunk bed and futon couch (not recommended for adults). The full bathroom on this level includes a standard tub/shower combo, a vanity and sink area. Finally on this level you will find a third covered deck with an additional Teak bar-height table and chair set plus rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Sleep up to 6 guests on this level. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
