Description

A luxurious 3 Bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage log cabin with a loft game room located near all the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Entering on the main level, the cabin features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 8 comfortably. The open living area features 2 comfortable leather couches and love seat, with a big 75" Roku TV with DVD Player mounted above the the seasonal stone fireplace. All 3 bedrooms are located on the main level. The master bedroom offers a king master suite that includes a flat screen TV and DVD player with an adjoining full bathroom. Be sure to settle down in the rocking chairs on the deck and delight in the magnificent views. Relax and enjoy the view from the porch swing on the lower deck. Also on this level are a washer and dryer for your convenience. The deck offers rocking chairs, a relaxing hot tub, and more splendid views. The loft features a game room that includes an arcade game table, a NFL arcade system, several board games, a couch, TV, and foosball table! This is a game room you do not want to miss! All cabin stays are provided with a free starter pack of paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, and dish washing detergent for your immediate use. TRAILER ACCESSIBLE This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

?A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

?For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
