Timber River - Pigeon Forge Cabin

We loved this cabin and would definitely stay here again. The location is close to the strip but nestled in the mountains surrounded by beauty. The rental was equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Communication was excellent with the owners and Bear Tracks rentals.

The house was very nice, although paying what we paid I wasn’t pleased with a few things not working ! I was expecting a luxury vacation. But instead, I had a noisy, annoying, loud sound coming from the fridge. The hot tub did not work, the pool skimmer broken so we couldn’t clean the pool, video games not working properly. Cabin was nice, but disappointed.

We had a fantastic stay. The cabin is just liege the pictures - perfect for a family of 6. Our kids loved the pool. Everything is clean and in good condition. The cabin is very private but just a quick 5 minute drive to all the main area in Pigeon Forge. Would highly recommend.

Probably one of the best cabins I've rented. Between the pool, hottub, pool table and arcade games keep kids entertained. Highly recommend

Cabin was semi clean- there were spills on several floors indicating that mopping was not done prior to our arrival. The stairs to the basement pool room are in dire need of some kind of grip material as they are dangerously slick when wet. No kitchen linens were provided and no mop or anything to clean up water from wet kids traversing the cabin. The internet was quite spotty and we only had 6 people there. It was out completely for an entire day during our 3 day stay.

This property was fantastic. The entire family had a wonderful experience.

Overall the cabin was great. The pool was unusable the first 36 hours of our stay due to them adding chemicals shortly before our arrival. We couldn't even sit in the pool room without our eyes burning. Other than that everything was great and so was the pool after we were able to use it

Me and my family had an amazing time. The cabin was so beautiful and big. It was clean and spotless it had everything we needed and more. The pool was nice and big the kids really enjoyed it only thing wrong was the first day the smell of the chlorine was way to strong other then that we enjoyed it everyday, and the hot tub was amazing. The kids enjoyed the game room were the played pool table and video games and watch movies. The cabin also offer one free admission to so many attractions and discounts you don’t want to miss I enjoyed a few myself. The host was amazing she texted me a few time to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything

Had a great time! Great location, not too far from town but still far enough out. Hot tub and pool were wonderful after our days out.
