This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We had an absolutely wonderful ...

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the 3 crazy cubs cabin. Every summer our family gets together, this cabin was perfect. The kids loved their bunk room, the swing set and the porch swings. I loved the fact that the kitchen had lots of cooking toolsespecially the crock pot. We had a memorable blast of a family vacation!

My grandkids let out a ...

My grandkids let out a squeal of delight when we pulled up to the cabin. They had fun with the game tables and the video game. The adults enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. It was worth all the money we paid , nice that it was close to so many thingsto do. It was also a delight that Kroger delivered and doordash The community center was close and had a great pool ! The only things we didn't like was the outside trash bin needed to be bigger for such a big cabin. There was also construction close bythe firepit and a rental not posted on any pictures. I would rent this cabin again tho.

Loved the cabin! Stocked well and beautiful. Maybe stock the kitchen with a few more plates for guests with a full house. The kids and adults loved all the games. Easiest checkout ever, very much appreciated for a crazy morning!

My family and I had ...

My family and I had a great time once again in the Smokies. We visit at least once a year and American Patriot Getaway Cabins are always our first choice. We enjoyed our stay in the 3 Crazy Cubs cabin. It was spacious and beautiful. I will definitely tellothers about this company/cabin so that they can have the same awesome experiences that my family and I have gotten accustomed to over the years. Thanks for another great vacation guys!

Cabin was beautiful! Plenty of ...

Cabin was beautiful! Plenty of extra blankets! Only thing they didnt have was a cheese grater but we bought one and left it there. We will definitely book this cabin again.
