This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

As always Patriot Getaways Cabin ...

As always Patriot Getaways Cabin rentals are amazing!!! The only issue we did have was the hot tub going into sleep mode every 30 minutes but we googled how to fix it and was able to get it working! Thank you

Loved the cabin. The kids ...

Loved the cabin. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool table and theater room. While I do think the cabin was a little pricey, we enjoyed the amenities and view immensely.

On the day of our ...

On the day of our arrival, we had and issue with the air conditioning. The maintenance guy came out within an hour of my call. The ac company was there within 30 minutes after maintenance left, and resolved the issue. My family had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time. ...

We had a wonderful time. The pool wasnt quite warm enough so we called and she said it was reading a little lower than it should and sent someone right out! Resolved very quickly:)From my pictures we have already shared this cabin link twice.

Perfect for 3 couples. The ...

Perfect for 3 couples. The pool was cold and the last day we saw a maintenance person that we able to turn on the heat. We did not know that was available. Amazing views, theatre room was good size and sound was good. One of the bedrooms bathroom didnthave a shower but we figured it out. Would stay here again.
