Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

I have always used American Patriot Getaways. From the beginning to the end, the process is always so simple and convenient. Me and my family use them several times a year. Just stayed for a quick weekend retreat and me and my wife were amazed again with the quality of our cabin. We won't use anyone else.
