This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Very well maintained and comfortable ...

Very well maintained and comfortable property. Two things that need attention. First, the toaster will not stay down for the toast to toast. Second, there are some nails that should be hammered into the decking near the picnic table. Very minor problems, but it may help the owner down the road. Great property!!!!

The cabin was very beautiful. ...

The cabin was very beautiful. We loved all of the activities it provided. We played pool, used the hot tub, played lots of games, sat tegether on the porch looking at the mountains. The view could not be any better. All of the extra decorations in allof the rooms were very special and made the cabin more cozy. We could not ask for anything better. Loved everything.

This was our third stay ...

This was our third stay with American Patriot Getaways. It was wonderful, as always! The cabin was super clean and beautiful. It was exactly as described on the website. Endless View cabin has been our best yet. The view really was amazing and we hope to be able to come back again someday! Thank you again for another wonderful experience.

The only thing I would ...

The only thing I would recommend for this property would be to add handrails on the steps from the porch to the parking area. Our experience with Patriot Getaways was great. We come to the mountains a couple times a year and we had always used another company and we decided this time we were going to try something different and we are so glad we did. The check in/out procedure is great. We will definitely use Patriot Getaways again.
