Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We absolutely LOVED everything about ...

We absolutely LOVED everything about this cabin! The view is unmatched. Waking up to that every morning was an absolute treat. While a few of the jets in the hot tub were not working, that didn't stop us from relaxing in it and enjoying the view and serenity. I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 beds even though the description stated there was only one. Our daughter loved being able to see us as she fell asleep, thanks to the openness of the first level. My husband and I wished we could have brought the living room furniture home with us, absolutely gorgeous!! He also loved playing pool upstairs while still having the mountain view from the gorgeous upstairs windows. The almost vertical drive up the mountain took some getting used to, highly recommend 4 wheel drive. Our all wheel drive did well, and we live in the mountains of VA, this road however is very steep. We watched several cars struggle during our stay. All in all there was nothing that we didn't love about this cabin, we all wished we could pick thewhole thing up and bring it back to live in. We will most definitely be using American Patriot Getaways again, and this cabin again if we can. Although we may want to experience the other beautiful options as well. Superb location, cleanliness, and spacefor our family. The only reason I rated staff friendliness as average is because we had no interaction with anyone. Very smooth checkin and departure. If you are on the fence about this cabin, book it! You will not be disappointed. We fell in love with it!
