This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

The cabin was gorgeous, very ...

The cabin was gorgeous, very clean, every detail says a lot about the pride the owner has in his investment and the beautiful homey atmosphere you like to provide.. It was love at first sight, my siblings and parents felt the same way.... the outdoor garbage area was a little small or we filled it to fast. But aside from that all I gave to say is Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved the Fox ...

We absolutely loved the Fox N Socks cabin! For one I am a preschool Director and when I saw the name I was already pretty much in. I have to say the photos online don't do the cabin justice. This place is not only charming but it also feels cozy. It was just My husband, myself and our two boys (6) & (17). Even though the bunk beds are upstairs I would suggest the adults use the master that is upstairs. For one I has the best view, but it also has a jacuzzi tub, microwave, mini fridge, fireplace, and a wonderful terrace with seating. We made the mistake and let our men have that room and we slept downstairs but we could here every move and conversation they made up there. This place is equipped with everything you need cookware and spices included, they evenhad measuring cups. We were so busy we never had time to enjoy the hot tub.

this cabin was amazing. very ...

this cabin was amazing. very roomy and decorated nicely. the front porch is great to view the mountains and have morning coffee. at night, you can see the stars and listen to the wild.
