This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Absolutely loved this property. It ...

Absolutely loved this property. It was extremely clean and had wonderful amenities. We enjoyed hiking around the cabin with our dogs and sitting on the large covered deck during the brief rains. We will be back.

There were 4 adults & ...

There were 4 adults & we had ample room & comfort. Enjoyed coffee on the porch & having a mountain view. The private dock might have been a little larger but hey, it was a private dock. HaI had stayed at other properties you all have managed & have NEVERhad a bad experience. Thank you very much for your attention to detail.

This was our second year ...

This was our second year at the Cedar Creeks Cabin and we loved it as much as last year. Dealing with American Patriot Getaways is never difficult. The staff is always courteous and helpful. My family really enjoyed our ...

My family really enjoyed our time away at cedar creeks cabin. The location was just what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for the kids to play outside without worry. Secluded but great driving distance to the attractions. LOVED IT!!!
