This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Our family enjoyed staying in ...

Our family enjoyed staying in the cabin so much! It was absolutely wonderful! Our three grandkids had such a great time. The cabin looked very clean when we arrived and we tried our best to leave it the same way. We would most definitely ask for this cabin again. I was not ready to leave when our time was up. Also, the view was incredible.

This is our second time ...

This is our second time this year with patriot getaways and I must say we had a great time,loved the whole experience the cabin defiantly exceeded our expectationsit was a little overkill for us since it was just the two of us but well worth it..we will be back next year cant wait, you will be hearing from us soon.
