This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

It was my baby girls ...

It was my baby girl�s first trip to the smokies (my wife and I 10th), and my babygirl enjoyed it. She was so big eyed bushy tail from the scenery. Staying in the Smokies is ALWAYS relaxing for us. The cabin itself was perfect for a family of 3-6. The ONLY thing I didn�t like was that, we didn�t have service nor any WiFi to contact family back home to let them know we had made it and we were safe. Other than that WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING YOU GUYS AGAIN.
