Maintenance needs to do a better job!!
Disappointing. There were several maintenance issues. The carpet in the master bedroom was dirty and the lamp on the nightstand didn't work. The hot tub was leaking and the carpet and baseboards were wet. The floor lamp in the living room was broken and leaning against the wall. the toilet was running.
Not as described, bad quality and bad service
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT . I have a bad experience with this cabin. First, I have found two of Scorpions in the cabin and my wife called the owner of cabin to inform about the Scorpions and she got informed that they would send someone to handle with this case and remove the Scorpions, but when we came back to the cabin the Scorpions still were there ( nobody came!!!!) so we just left the cabin and we have rented a motel to be in a safe place because this cabin was not definitely safe. Also, the cabin is described as having a FREE WI-FI in the smokymountain.com, but the cabin did not have a free wifi
