Very nice clean cabin

We totally enjoyed our stay in the Smokey Mountains! The property was clean and in order. We definitely will come back to visit at another time. Thanks for making our honeymoon an moment we will treasure for a lifetime.

My cabin was very nice, but it was needing a good cleaning. It’s easy to go in and wash sheets and sweep the floor, but my sheets had stains on them. Thick cob webs hung from the bathroom ceiling and the lampshade, however the most disgusting was the sperm that was on the Old beat up pool table and living room chair. If I wanted to rent a place, I would make sure I had a reputable cleaning company!! I would also explain in detail how far into the mountains you actually go and the conditions of the roads! Other than that it was a nice place a place I would Never go back to.. oh and forearm people about bears and coons climbing on the back porch in case there in the hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay. Had a bear come one day . It was amazing seeing a wild bear that close. Can't wait until our next visit. The cabin was amazing.

We started with heading towards the cabin but had to turn back around and go check in, 18 miles out of the way. Then I thought I was going to have to rent a 4 wheel drive to get to the cabin. No Wi-Fi, needless to say with 2 teenagers, it was miserable. I also had my parents, 76 and 78, that had a rough time on the stairs. The pool is 2.5 miles down the mountain. We were 8.5 miles from Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was a science experiment for nasty growing stuff. The view was trees and nothing else. I will never book a cabin in Pigeon Forge again. I have learned my lesson to stay in a hotel.

All tucked away was a good little cabin there were some things that need to be addressed the hot tub has a funny smell I think it's the thing that sits on top of it it needs to be replaced the heart hot tub takes too long to fill and the bathroom door trapped my girlfriend in the bathroom which I thought was funny because the door swells this can be corrected. Overall it was a nice little cabin and had a good stay I'll give it a three and a half stars out of five if they fix those problems I would have gave it a 5 out of 5. But it was a wonderful stay in the people in office were very nice thank you again for the stay.

The first cabin at the shamrock was okay I guess defiently not worth how much I paid. Wi-Fi didn't work, there was dishes still in the dishwasher from the last person which smelled terrible. The bed in the master was tiny as well as the tv so we couldn't even enjoy either. That bed was also hard so we went and stayed in the other room but then once we got to that bedroom the fan squeaked terribly so I WAS annoyed the whole night. The bath tub had rings from soap or something from the last people which made me skeptical of even wanting to get a bath. Then the gate broke when we were trying to come back to the cabin. We had to wait for someone to leave in order for us to come in. Then when we stayed at the other cabin same thing with the bathtub it had a ring around it where the last person had taken their bath and there was food crumbs on the living room floor. I paid almost a 1000 for supposedly the best cabins and could have paid half of that anywhere else for way better.

The cabin we stayed in was very hard to get to. It definitely puts a strain on your vehicle how high up it is in the mountains. Even though it wasn’t far out from town, it was very high up in the mountains away from other cabins. There was no cellphone service (AT&T) at our cabin because we were so far out and up away from everything. That was something we were not happy about. The cabin cleanliness wasn’t the best. Dirt and debris on the floor, very dusty as well. The mirror in the bathroom is so low you can’t get ready in it. It must be for short people. The bed has no head board and your pillows consistently fall on the floor.

Completely tucked away at the very top of the mountain. Cabin needed to be dusted and the toilets were old and had black stains in them and could use some updating. Overall the house was nice.Hottub didn't get the hottest but was warm.
