Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Cabin in TN.
The tub had very little water coming in so I could not use the tub. They were only 4 wash rags could use a few more so we would of not had to wash n dry everyday. P.S. we saw a scorpion in the cabin so you may want to take care of that.

25th anniversary trip
As soon as we walked in our cabin I was so pleased! It smelled fresh and every room was very clean, I would recommend this cabin for a couple . It was private and very romantic . Honestly we stayed in the cabin more than going out . I would love to come back every year !

I really liked the cabin. It was cozy. The only thing I did not like was the location, it was on a steep hill.When I called to see if we could move I was told no. We only stayed 2 night, but we paid for 8 days. There is no refund given for the days we did not stay. We looked around and found a beautiful cabin. It was so much better.

Not what I expected
The rental was much smaller than I expected. The bed was awful, the mattress sags in the middle and is completely worn out. There were bugs in the shower and a dead spider smashed on the wall. The cabin has a beautiful view and the deck with hot tub and swing is very nice. Other than that, I was underwhelmed with our rental and definitely expected more for our money.

Winter stay
The roof leaked , the jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and there were cobwebs everywhere

Excellent small mountain cabin. Great location to get anywhere in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinberg area...very clean with all the amenities for mountain creature comfort! AND what a view from the balcony porch swing. We spent hours looking at the mountains with coffee in hand.....(must bring mosquito repellant) Hot tub on the porch, jet tub in the bedroom (big enough for two)....We will be back many times....!!

Cabin was OK but condition has gone down somewhat from the 1st time we stayed approximately 1.5 years prior.

Late fall Trip
Beautiful scenery, cute cabin, nice hot tub on an incredibly steep hill, inaccessible with our RV, had to park a mile away and walk back to the cabin. Called a cab to drive us to our vehicle and they cancelled last min so we had to walk back when we left as well. Please put a notice in cabins description about accessibility and parking, no where to turn around. Bedding was a little worn and dirty, carpets needed cleaned but overall a nice little cabin.

Apple Bear View Stay
We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The view from the back deck was awesome! The only thing we hated was there were absolutely no windows in the cabin that showed the awesome views! It was peaceful at this location and the bed was SO comfortable! We appreciated the fact that there was a new gas grill at the cabin rather than charcoal. This cabin is perfect for a couple and I would recommend it even though I was disappointed about no windows on the Mountain View side. Aunt Bug’s is such a friendly and helpful company. We have used them several times and they are one of our favorite companies to rent from and we usually visit the Smokies yearly. I would highly recommend this company!
