True to its name, you'll feel simply "Above It All", while staying in this two-bedroom, three-bath log cabin in Brother's Cove Resort. Sleeping six, the Above it All cabin features a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. All bedrooms are complete with a fireplace and en-suite bathroom.
When you book your stay at this cabin, you receive free admission to popular Smoky Mountain attractions with Xplorie. This program entitles our guests to one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like WonderWorks, Rowdy Bear Coaster, and more.
The beauty of a vacation in the Smokies can only be enhanced by its remote location and solitude! Therefore, please be advised that the WIFI in this area is unstable. Downloading, streaming, and/or video conferencing may not be available.
The Above it All Cabin has a cozy living room, with a stone-stacked fire place, a flat screen television, and plenty of seating. The open kitchen is fully-equipped and has enough seating for six at the dining room table. There is additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.
Guests will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the mountain views on the wrap-around deck, complete with rocking chairs, a porch swing, a gas grill, and a hot tub, making the outside of the cabin as comfortable as the inside.
For your convenience, the Above it All cabin has parking for three cars, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, high speed internet access, and access to the resort's outdoor swimming pool.
We apologize, but the Above it All cabin does not accommodate pets.
There is also a minimum age limit for this home of 21 years old for the guest booking the reservation.

Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 72 hours of booking (Unless booking within seven days of the day of your arrival).
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking, including but not limited to accommodations, outfitting, services and extras, is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you receive a 100% refund from host. However, if you book within seven days of the day of your arrival, no refunds are available, regardless of the 72 hour window. No other refunds will be given outside of 72 hour window. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a credit in the amount of your host deposit to be used toward a future stay at one of the Hosts properties occurring within one year of your original date of booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the day of your arrival, you will receive no refund and no credit toward a future stay.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This local host allows up to two dogs in pet-friendly properties. However, after you book, there will be a $50 plus tax fee per pet that will be collected by the local host.

Spectacular vacation place
We got to Above it all late and as soon as we arrived a really bad storm hit. The wind and rain was so bad water was blowing into our cabin. Mr Gene was on duty and when we called he quickly drove up the mountain and brought us a truck load of towels to help dry up the water. After that we had no other natural disasters during our stay. Our cabin was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had amazing views and were able to spend our time relaxing and resting. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

The experience of a Life time.
It was amazing! We went as a group of 6 students for spring break. Honestly one of the best experiences ever. There is so much to do from zip linning, horse back riding. The cabin itself is an oasis. its litterally like walking into a home.
Above it all
This was the fourth year in a row to Above It All, and it is still breathtaking! Looking forward to next year
