And that's not all... If you do want to venture out you can plan your days activities or stay up to date with the office or social media with the free high-speed in cabin WIFI. Enjoy the 60 game multicade table top arcade game which includes 60 of the most popular 1980's classic video games - Ms. Pacman, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Burger Time, Centipede, Dig Dug, Phoenix, Galaxian, Phoenix, Gyruss, Super Pac-Man, Donkey Kong Junior, Qix, Zaxxon and dozens more.

Gather in the great room around the fireplace or sit outside and enjoy the outdoors from a porch rocker on your covered deck.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful cabin rental

We had an amazing time in our swimming in paradise cabin! It was amazing, and a gorgeous place. It accommodated the 6 adults and 6 children we had perfectly. We were just far enough out of town that it want too busy but close enough that we could explore. We even took the hour trip to go white water rafting with smoky mountain outdoors services. I highly recommend that it was phenomenal! I definitely would come back and have told everyone I know about it!

Do not waist the extra money to stay here.

We have stayed at many different cabins, in the past. We decided to spend the extra money on this cabin, because it had a pool. You would think with amount that is charged for this cabin, you would have no issues. We were unable to check in on time, and then couldn't check in when we were told we could. After checking in we had no linens or supplies until sometime after 8:00 that night. We had multiple problems, we stayed four nights and I called at least once a day and sometimes multiple times a day with issues. Someone would come out, but again when you pay what they charge, the cabin should be in excellent condition, fully stocked, and everything in proper working order. Management refused to do anything to compensate for the inconvenience. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone stay with Elk Springs. Worse vacation in the mountains, we have ever had.

Here are the issues you reported during your stay: Maintenance tasks noted during their stay: No coffee Pot-we took them one Needed 2 blankets-we took them some AC went out in upper level of cabin-Maintenance put in 2 window units Propane on gas grill ran out-we took them more This is a paragraph taken from the Pre-Check in document that we emailed you prior to your arrival. OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES We will do everything we can to make sure your cabin is ready for your stay. It is our mission to provide you the cleanest cabin in the Smokies, so that you will become a guest for a lifetime. As mentioned above, due to our high standards for cleanliness, there is a chance that not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 3 pm, especially during peak and holiday season. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans for a couple of hours in case your unit is not ready. There is also a possibility on the day of check-in the hot tub may not be completely warm and ready for use until that evening, due to the cleaning process between guests. In addition, from time to time, appliances, hot tubs, satellite TV, water, telephone, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that may be beyond our control, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities. You even stated that we took care of your issues in a timely manner. We were able to take you everything you requested and we also were able to fix any issues you had.

Overall Good Trip but Room for Improvement

Good overall stay - kids and family had fun. The pool and spaciousness are a plus.Areas for improvement:- Cleanliness. There was noticeable dust on hard surfaces (top of fridge, furniture, TV stands, etc...). There was dried food on the sides of the kitchen table and on the bar eating area. I ended up wiping everything down with a Lysol wipes after arrival. Additionally, there was a small puddle of orange-yellowish food substance in the pool area by one of the dehumidifiers. I covered and had kids stay away.- Furniture and amenities. The previous guest broke the main sleeper sofa in the living room. Maintenance could not repair. Had to alter sleeping arrangements and the couch was uncomfortable to sit on (sloped towards floor); no recourse offered. A chair in the living room was also cracked. The projector TV was not ready for use. After investigating, I had to hook HDMI cable to rear of ceiling mount projector. Equipment should be ready to use by guests and not require troubleshooting. Resort staff were friendly and responsive. I would recommend to a friend.Thanks.

Average Stay

Was a little disappointed with the view but knew we were compromising for the pool this time. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the movie room but weren't used to it sharing a bedroom. The pool was good sized but was hotter than the hot tub so kids didn't use as much as I had hoped. Also was too cloudy to see the bottom. The master jacuzzi tub wasn't able to be used as there wasn't enough warm water to fill above the jets.

Our week at the cabin

Even though the cabin slept 12 it was just my Husband and I and our 3 children who stayed in the cabin. We were there for 4 days and would have loved to stay longer. The only thing I didn’t quite care for wasn’t how close all the cabins were. Although we knew they would be somewhat close because it is a resort, we were literally right next to each other just didn’t leave us very much privacy. We enjoyed many attractions on Parkway and even in Gatlinburg! The kids absolutely loved that we had our own pool as well. Wonderworks was a GREAT place to go to with children. We spent an entire day inside there enjoying all it had to offer. We also enjoyed the Wax Museum and mamy, many other attractions. Overall our time there was amazing and although this isn’t my Huabdn and I’s first time there it was for our kids, and we’d have decided that we are going to officially make this our yearly summer trip !

Scotty D's 40th

My wife and I took our 6 year old boy, 22 month boy, and out 10 month old boy-girl twins to Gatlinburg for my 40th birthday on the weekend of the 23rd. Our original cabin (A Secret Spash) has a very steep drive way from either direction that made my wife uncomfortable. They kindly moved us to this one and we loved it!!!!!

Fantastic

We rented the cabin for my daughter's birthday. When we arrived a smoke dectetor was beeping. We called and it was fixed within the hour. The cabin was spotless and pool and hot tub was very clean. This was a wonderful experience and I highly reccomend this company. (I was also worried the pool temp would be too cold but it was perfect.)

We had a blast everything was wonderful and when we called customer service they were so helpful or returned our phone call. Our family was so so pleased with the xabin it was clean, and beautiful.

Needs some work and updates

To start all of the large kitchen appliances have lose pieces and the refrigerator barely keeps things cool. There are so few serving dishes that it is difficult to make a meal. By the end of the week there were mouse droppings in the main floor bath? The decks definitely need updated including the furniture. The grill is a joke being that small and barely works. There are parts if the floor and steps that are uneven and make u feel like the cabin is going to drop off the hill. The upstairs does not get below 78 unless it is 2:00 in the morning when the neighborhood hound dog barking and howling his way through the entire night and does not stop until 7:00!!! There is not a fan that can drowned out the constant barking. The mattresses need replaced and the carpet as well. It makes your feet black! It is obvious that this is just a rental property and it has been rented a ton. The owners need to put some money back in it if they are going to continue to charge that much. We had friends staying in a cabin in the same complex that they rented from vrbo and we definitely had cabin envy. How do you not even have granite counter tops and a **** garbage disposal!!!! The bedding is just gross and had cigarette burns in the bunk beds. Please please get some decent pillows. I did not expect all if this for the price I was paying! The check in and out was great and I appreciated being checked on during our stay. I was assured this was a luxury cabin and it is not. It is average and in desperate need of the owners putting money back into it. I would not choose this cabin again but would stay at elk springs away from the barking dog that kept the whole family from getting a good night's sleep for a week. The cabin had been cleaned but made you feel dirty with how old and run down things were. The kitchen floors are like a skating rink when you are trying to cook! If I had to guess this cabin is 15yrs old and has the same bedding and furniture since day one.
